Rules & Information for Estate Sales

  • We do not do pre-sales, and will not release prices prior to the sale.

  • We use a sign-up sheet. Sign up sheet is available Thursday p.m. All parties must sign in. First 20 customers are allowed in when doors open, Additional customers allowed in as others leave. Gated communities: sign up sheet is available DAY OF SALE.

  • Contents listed in our descriptions & photos will be present when doors open on the first day of the sale.

  • No large purses or bags are allowed in our sales. 

  • Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist.

  • We are NOT responsible or accidents or injury while on/in the premise. 

  • We love pets, however, we only allow service animals at our sales.

  • We accept checks, cash, credit cards ($50 minimum) NO DEBIT CARDS.

  • All items are sold AS IS.  All sales final. NO exchanges, returns or refunds.
