Rules & Information for Estate Sales

• We do not do pre-sales, and will not release prices prior to the sale.

• We use a call in sign-up sheet to be the first 20 customers to enter the sale.  Leave your name and the number of people in your party. Call 239-989-6284.  Call this line if you'd like to be in the first group to enter the sale. Others are allowed to enter as customers leave.  Recording changes with each sale. 

• Contents listed in our descriptions & photos will be present when doors open on the first day of the sale.

• No large purses or bags are allowed in our sales. 

• Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist.

• We are NOT responsible or accidents or injury while on/in the premise. 

• We love pets, however, we only allow service animals at our sales with their service vest! (must accessorize!)

• We accept checks, cash, credit/debit cards ($50 minimum) ((+3% service fee)) 

• All items are sold AS IS.  All sales final. NO exchanges, returns or refunds.
