Certified Appraisals

Vickie Pollard, owner of Élan Estate Sales, is a Certified Appraiser. Vickie will provide appraisals for insurance settlement, charitable, estate, or gifting .     Pricing is based on the individual appraisal.  Hourly rate of $100.00 per hour.  On staff GIA gemologist.  All appraisals are IRS compliant.

Online Auctions 

• On line auctions for entire estates or appropriate amounts of small treasures.  We  host on site line auctions. 

• Access to home for  pickup is required

• Vickie is a licensed auctioneer

 

Estate Sales 

We will manage the estate, downsizing or moving sale with our expertise, experience, and staff to handle every detail.

     

• Two or three day on site sale 

• Research, organize, photograph, price and stage contents to optimize sales.

• Promote the sale utilizing estate sale web sites, e-vites to our mailing list

• Staff the sale with friendly, experienced staff members.

• Provide a summary accounting and prompt payment of the sale.

• We are bonded and insured.
